One thought on “to search, or to be found I”

  1. A week ago I started writing a little, the traditional way using ink, writing whatever came to my mind for the sake of writing and for the fun of it (and in an attempt to return to writing). On Friday I bought myself a new notepad to have something to write in on the subway and generally when commuting.

The two short lines of this post immediately made me think of something I’d written just this morning while travelling for my Sunday football:

“Everything passes. If so, then it’s only the now that counts, the present moment. If that fails to satisfy, nothing else will. In that way, only the now is permanent — it’s the only unit with which to measure our happiness.

Make now as good as you can.”

It felt to me to resonate very well with your post.
